Friends of Liste is a circle of art enthusiasts founded in 2017 to provide targeted support to particularly remarkable and ambitious fair presentations. Each year, the association assumes project-based patronage of selected galleries, thereby accompanying the development of emerging artistic positions. The selection is made by the Committee of the Stiftung Liste Basel in collaboration with the Board of Friends of Liste. Friends of Liste positions itself as an engaged patron network and a platform for exchange, strengthening Liste as a key site for the visibility of outstanding contemporary art.
